I reached out to support and it took a few days to hear back. Maybe that’s just their usual response time, but it definitely felt slower than I expected.

I needed replacement filters and didn’t feel like wasting time digging around, so I was glad they were easy to find. Got what I needed fast and moved on.

For the price, I’m happy with it, and, it felt worth it for me.

The water tastes fine, so no complaints there, but the filtering is a lot slower than I expected. The way it was worded made it seem like filling a full jug would be quick, but it actually takes a while. Not terrible, just kind of misleading.

I don’t know why I’m this excited about a pitcher, but here we are. The design is so simple and clean, and it actually fits in my fridge door without me having to rearrange my entire life. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, not awkward like my old one that basically felt like a wrist workout every time I used it. It pours smoothly too, with no surprise drips all over the counter, which feels like a small miracle. It’s not flashy or fancy, just a really solid, good-looking pitcher that does exactly what it’s supposed to do...

I wasn’t sure it would make that big of a difference, but actually my tap water tastes way cleaner now. I thought maybe I was imagining it at first, but no, it really does taste better.

I’ve been using my AquaGear bottle for a few weeks now, and so far I’m happy with it. The main thing I noticed right away is that it just feels solid in your hand, like it’s not one of those cheap bottles where the plastic feels thin or the cap seems like it might crack after a little use. The cap closes really tightly too, which I appreciate because I usually toss bottles into my bag or leave them rolling around in the car, and I don’t want to be worrying about leaks. I actually dropped it once in my car already, not from super high up or anything, but enough that I expected maybe a scuff or dent, and it still looks totally fine. Nothing fancy to complain about, really. It does what I need it to do and feels like it’ll hold up well.

I’ve been using this for months now and the filter is still going strong. I expected to be changing it way more often like I did with my old one, but nope. Whoever runs this actually got it right, because it’s been super low-maintenance and I’m happy with it.

I wasn’t exactly excited about putting this together, since I’m not the handiest person, but my Aqua Gear order ended up being simple to set up. Took just a few minutes, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t really get stuck. I kind of expected it to be more of a hassle, but it was fine.

I got the AquaGear filter mostly because, you know, I’d been feeling a little unsure about what might be in my tap water. The contaminant removal info was easy to understand, which made me feel a lot better about using it every day.
The water does taste cleaner to me, and I really like that they actually list what it’s supposed to remove instead of just making vague claims. That kind of transparency helps, uh, especially when you’re buying it for peace of mind.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the filter flow can feel a bit slow sometimes. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it’s noticeable. Overall though, I’m still happy with it

I use this pretty much every day and it’s been really easy to work with. To be fair, I’m not asking it to do anything overly complicated, but for regular day-to-day use, it does the job without any hassle

I picked this up because my old water bottle was constantly leaking in my bag, which was driving me nuts. I’ve had the AquaGear one for a few weeks now and it’s been in my backpack, on the car seat, and even lying sideways on my desk at work. So far, not a single leak. The lid feels nice and secure too, so I’m not obsessively checking it every five minutes. happy with it. Also, whoever designed my old bottle owes me an apology.
